Can I sell in other places too?
Yes. You can sell your products anywhere else you choose.
Am I free to leave anytime?
You can close your shop anytime. We'd be sorry to see you go and expect you to fulfil any outstanding Orders, or refund any Orders not yet despatched. Please give us 30 days notice to cancel your subscription.
Can I manage my own shop?
Yes. We give you a secure account so you can manage your Shop directly. We want you to have as much control over your Shop as possible.
How does Shipping Work?
Sending all Orders via one courier company helps get a better deal for everyone, and we've negotiated a flat shipping rate with a national courier company.
Who Pays for Shipping?
Shipping fees are paid by the Customer, unless you offer FREE Delivery (for larger Orders over a given value), in which case you would pay for shipping.
How do Free Delivery Offers work?
Customers are very cost sensitive these days, and FREE delivery simply works. Customers get a good deal, and you get larger orders, so your time is used more effectively. For each Order that qualifies for FREE shipping, we'll charge you for shipping, rather than the customer. By default, the offer applies to 2 Working Days shipping. For perishable Products the offer applies to 1 Working Day shipping.
Can we use our own Courier?
Not currently. All Orders are shipped using our selected Courier. This helps get a better deal for everyone, ensures a consistent delivery experience for Customers, and enables us to automate tracking and create printable Shipping Labels, making life much easier for you and Customers.
Do you offer Same Day Collection?
Yes. If you book collection by 12:00 noon, Orders will be collected that afternoon.
Are my Products Insured while in Transit?
Our courier includes insurance up to £100 value of goods (at your cost price). Products packaged in glass or ceramic containers are not insured. It would be up to you to make any claim for insurance.
How do I Package my Products?
You should use suitable packaging to ensure your produce is delivered in excellent condition.
How do I sell perishable foods (like soft cheese or seafood)?
If your foods are perishable you may need to use an insulated inner box and a cooling pack.
Perishable foods travel by overnight next day delivery.
Is there a Maximum Shipping Weight?
We've negotiated a flat rate Shipping Fee for single packages up to 30kg. The order must consist of a single package.
What size of Package can I use?
The Order travels as a single package with a maximum length of 1.5m or 3m length and girth combined.
