How does Customer Service Work?
Happy satisfied customers are essential to the success of any business, and our systems help you to ensure customers are delighted and come back time again. Customers are informed the whole way with update emails from the moment they place an Order right through to arranging delivery, and both you and customers can track deliveries.
We encourage Customers to direct enquiries to you in the first instance, and we'll be there to support you with Customer Service issues. If you need any help from us, you can always email us during normal working hours and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.
What's our Refund Policy?
We strongly believe in very satisfied customers and in fairness.
We believe in treating Customers very well, resolving problems quickly to their complete satisfaction.
As far as we're concerned the price of a refund simply makes good long term business sense.

Here's an outline of our approach:
1. We expect full refunds to be offered to Customers if not completely satisfied within 7 days of delivery of their Order.
2. Customers would generally contact you, via FoodAdo, in event of a problem.
3. We will credit any refunds to Customers on your behalf.
4. If there is a dispute between you and a Customer, we may step in and issue a refund direct to the Customer.
5. Equally, if a Customer is deemed to be taking unfair advantage of our Refund policy, and we may terminate that Customer's account with FoodAdo.
