Use the chutney as a dipping sauce with samosas,onion bhajis. Try it in a sandwich with cheese. Takes a tablespoon full of chutney add some olive oil and toss in a salad to give the exotic flavour. Use it to marinade your fish and or chicken, then grill or bake for that exotic taste.
It is suitable for home freezing and will keep in the fridge for up to 6 days
