Another Great Taste Award Winner, this pickle is always served at all Parsee weddings as well as other festive occasions along with corn papad 'sariya'. Shredded carrots, diced baby figs, chopped dates and golden sultanas go into this pickle, made with raw cane sugar, vinegar, crushed matured mustard and sunflower oil.
Sugar, Carrot, Mango Pulp, Vinegar, Pickling Spices, Apricots, Raisins, Figs, Dates, Mustard Powder, Chilli, Cloves, Cardamom.
