Isle of Wight Biltong was set up in May 2011 by Nick and Sarah Greeff who recently returned from running Safari operations in Zimbabwe. Nick is third generation Zimbabwean who learnt how to make biltong as a child on his father’s cattle farm. Sarah grew up on the Island and has always had a passion for quality British made products. Nicks biltong is made from the best quality Isle of Wight beef using his own unique spice blends. Coriander & Worcestershire Sauce won a Great Taste Gold Two Star award 2011/12 and Garlic won a One Star Award. |
