Delivery - How does it Work?
Your order is shipped straight to you from the Producer. Products are ultra-fresh, as they haven’t spent time on shop shelves. They’re made, then rushed fresh and direct by ParcelForce to your home or office. We think food tastes best when it is fresh!

Many of our Producers are offering FREE Delivery for larger Orders. You will see during checkout if you have qualified for FREE delivery from a Producer.
Where we Deliver
We deliver to mainland UK only. That includes England (and the Isle of Wight), Wales and Scotland. Currently we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Collect from your Local Post Office
At checkout you can specify if you would like your deliveries sent to your local Post Office for your collection. Please select the check box during checkout.
Days we Deliver
Currently we offer delivery on Monday to Friday.
Making Sure your Delivery Arrives Safely
To make sure your delivery arrives safely, our Courier will ask for a signature - we won't leave your yummy foods under a bush or on the doorstep! Please ensure you provide a delivery address where there will be someone to accept delivery.
Fixed Price Delivery
We have arranged great delivery rates to allow a fixed price delivery charge for Orders up to a certain weight. Generally we can ship up to 30 kg (including the weight of the packaging, and any insulation and ice gel packs). For Orders above that weight, you may need to place separate Orders.
Delivery Prices
Overnight Delivery (24 hour courier) costs £6.99.
Express Delivery (48 hour courier) costs £5.99.
Delivery Charge is to One Address
The delivery charge covers delivery to one address. If you want your items go to more than one address then please place separate orders.
Delivery Charge Per Item
Some items are particularly heavy, such as boxes of bottled drinks. In that case, we may charge a separate delivery charge per box, as each box consumes the delivery weight. This is calculated for your order and the Shipping fee is displayed in your Basket during checkout.
How are Perishable Foods Delivered (like cheese for example)?
Perishable foods (like cheese) normally travel by overnight courier. Generally they will despatch on Monday to Thursday, for delivery the next day and to avoid delays over the weekend. Cheeses are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs for shipment. Please refrigerate immediately.
Special Packaging Fees
For perishable foods (like cheese) they require additional packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Usually a Producer will charge a Special Packaging fee to allow for the ice packs and insulation to ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition. The Special Packaging fee is charged once per Order with a Producer, regardless of the number of products ordered.
Sending Gifts (Especially Perishable Foods like Cheese)
If you are sending as a gift, and particularly if the product is a perishable food like fresh cheese, please consider whether the lucky recipient is likely to be in. Is there a best day to catch them? If you let the Producer know they'll do their best to get it there on that day. Sometimes a workplace address is the best bet. The last thing we want is for your lovely fresh yummy cheese gift to wait our courier's depot until it can be picked up!
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct that there is someone present to accept the goods as our Producers cannot be held liable for the condition of the goods in the event of non-delivery.

Often our Producers hand make their products in small batches to fulfil orders, so occasionally it may take a little longer. They will let you know if there is ever any delay.
Delivery on a Specific Date
If you want delivery for a specific date please check with the Producer first whether this is possible. Please bear in mind that no delivery service is 100% reliable.
