Contains two of each flavour:
RASPBERRY - fresh raspberry puree blended with 39% Madagascan milk chocolate so the acidity and sourness of the raspberries comes over the caramel, buttery notes of the milk chocolate.
CATALAN OLIVE OIL - Inspired by the afternoon teas that Anna grew up with; olive oil, salt and chocolate! This is a subtle combination that can only be realised with the water ganache. The delicate character of the oil compliments the dark chocolate.
CRUNCHY PEANUT - A layer of roasted and salted peanut gianduja (nut puree and chocolate) topped with a layer of dark 70% ganache. Enrobed in milk chocolate, this is complex simplicity!!
SALTY LIQUORICE - Inspired by the Scandinavian classic combination, the salt and the liquorice work perfectly with the dark chocolate.
PEAR & ANISEED - A beautiful combination that evolved from a dessert. It is made with a layer of Williams pear jelly, a layer of aniseed flavoured water ganache enveloped in our blend of milk and dark chocolate.
FRESH BASIL - A real tastebud tingler! Loads of fresh basil infused in water and blended with 70% dark chocolate made with Trinitario beans from Santo Domingo.
