The great American chef and food writer, James Beard said: “Good bread is the most fundamentally satisfying of all foods; good bread with fresh butter, the greatest of feasts!”

And we kinda gotta agree with that!  Hmm.. just think about the taste of fresh baked hot buttered toast on a Sunday morning!

In 2013, foods will be inspired by street vendors, there will be a growth of pop-up eateries in unexpected places, and foods will focus on fresh, locally grown veggie concoctions, demystifying ingredients and catering to people with allergies.
