Rooibos Herbal Tea

Mild, sweet & gently soothing, this rich, mahogany-red rooibos tea (pronounced roy~bos), has a sweet and slightly nutty flavour. Grown only in the stunning Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape, rooibos (literally, "red bush") has been valued for centuries by South Africa's Khoisan people. Loved for its sweet, soothing nature, rooibos is delicious with or without milk. Just add sugar or honey to taste.

To make the perfect cup of Rooibos tea…

Infuse one tea bag per cup, or 2-3 per pot. Pour on freshly boiled water and allow to brew for 2-5 minutes. Naturally caffeine free, low in tannin and very high in antioxidants, it will really soothe your senses.
