When deciding to start a business based on my passion, I decided to focus on African food, as although there are a growing number of restaurants specialising in regions across Africa, there was nowhere for people to learn to cook African food. Through Akhaya I aim to highlight the amazingly delicious and diverse food that can be found in various countries and bring African food to the mainstream.

I am very proud of our products and think they are absolutely delicious. We hope you think so too!

Best wishes,
